Our Policies
General policies:
A work life balance is important. Because of this, we ask that you please contact the salon only (470-820-9744) for all bookings and for questions about your appointment so that our stylists can be fully present when spending time with other guests or family.
We require a credit/debt card to be kept on file in order to schedule an appointment.
Arrival policy:
We ask that all guests arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Traffic is crazy at our location. Please plan ahead and use your GPS to ensure you're able to arrive on time.
We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable, but we ask that you please notify the salon if you're running late to your scheduled appointment. In the case that you're more than 10-15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your appointment in order to accommodate you in a timely manner or to reschedule the appointment.
Cancellation policy:
48 hour cancellations: In order to cancel without receiving a cancellation fee, 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations after 48 hours but before 36 hours will result in a 25% charge of the scheduled appointment.
24 hour cancellations: A cancellation with 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled appointment.
No call/no show same day cancellations: A no call/no show or same day cancellation will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled appointment. You will then have to pay a 50% deposit in order to rebook. Again, we understand that emergencies happen, but there will be a 75% charge of the scheduled appointment for same day cancellations due to emergencies.
